The Gala Apple was artificially created in New Zealand crossing the varieties Golden Delicious and Kidd’s Orange. This apple has a round shape, a red skin, a crisp and juicy pulp and a sweetly aromatic flavor. In Italy is one of the most cultivated variety of apple, especially in the Alpine region.
