Peaches
The peach is a fruit composed for the 90% of water, in the remaining 10% we can find minerals (above all potassium), vitamins A,B,C,E and K, alimentary fibres, proteins, simple sugars, lipids and carbohydrates. The peach is a non-fattening fruit, in fact in 100 g. of fresh pulp there are only 32 calories. Peaches are juicy and sugary, with a yellow-red skin. The pulp is very sweet and scented and, according to the variety, it could be yellow or white, with red graduated shading especially near the stone.
